Sharing a plan by link

A link anyone can open to see one of your plans and save their own copy, fitted to their gym.

Open a plan in Plans and choose Make a link under Share by link. Copy it, or share it straight to a chat. Anyone who opens it sees the plan, signed in or not.

  • What they see: the days, exercises, sets, reps, effort and rest, your notes on each exercise, and the kind of machine (and model, if you set one). Not your gym, your machines' nicknames, your workouts or anything else of yours.
  • Your name: shown unless you turn off Show my name on it.
  • Saving it: they pick one of their gyms and each exercise lands on a machine they have: the same model if their gym has it, else the same kind. It's then their own plan to change. Nothing they log comes back to you.
  • Someone new: they can join from the link with their email, as if you'd invited them. Joining connects them to nobody.
  • What you see: how many opened it, saved it and joined through it. Never who.
  • Changes: the link always shows the plan as it is now. Copies already saved don't change.

Stop the link ends it at once, for everyone; copies already saved stay with whoever saved them. A new link is a new address. Every live link is listed in Settings, under Shared links. A plan can also go on its gym's page: see gym pages.

A plan your coach sent you is theirs to share, so it has no link. Exercises you made up yourself are left out of what others see.
