Gym pages

One link to a gym's machines and the plans made for it, so anyone who trains there starts set up.

Set your gym up once, then give it a page: open the gym in Gyms and choose Make the page under Gym page. Share the link with people who train there, or put it on the wall.

  • What they see: the gym's name, each machine with its brand, model, how it loads, what it's for and its nickname there ("by the window", "#2"). Where the gym is only if you turn on Show where it is; your name unless you turn off Show my name on it.
  • Never: your seat settings, favourites, notes on a machine, your workouts or anything else of yours.
  • Adding it: Add this gym puts a copy in their gyms, every machine included, in one go. It's then theirs to change; nothing they log comes back to you. Someone new can join from the page with their email, and joining connects them to nobody.
  • Plans on the page: under Plans on the page, switch on any plan of yours planned at this gym. Each is shared by its own link (see sharing a plan by link), and lands on exactly these machines for anyone who adds the gym.
  • What you see: how many opened the page, added the gym and joined through it. Never who.

Stop the page ends it at once. Gyms already added stay with whoever added them, and plans on it keep their own links. Live pages are listed in Settings, under Shared links.

A gym someone added is a copy: machines you add or change later don't reach it.
