How records work

A record beats your best on the same exercise and the same machine.

A set is a record when it beats your best on the same exercise on the same machine:

  • Heaviest: the most weight.
  • Most reps: more reps than ever at that weight or heavier.
  • Best est. 1RM: estimated from sets of 1 to 12 reps.
  • Longest, for timed exercises.

Warm-up sets never count, and your first session on a machine only sets the starting point. Change or delete a past set and your records follow.
