What's private, and who can see it
Nobody sees anything of yours unless you share it, and the most sensitive parts are encrypted.
Everything you log is yours. Nobody else sees any of it unless you share it with them in People, area by area, and you can see every time they look.
- Your health log, bloodwork, progress photos, Ask conversations, messages and coach notes are encrypted with a key of their own, so a copy of the database alone can't read them.
- Progress photos are never sent to AI. Your training goes to AI only if you turn AI on, and your health log and bloodwork only if you allow that too.
- Notifications and calendar entries say as little as they can, since they show on lock screens.
- A plan you share by link, or a gym page, is the one thing anyone with its link can see: that plan or gym, and nothing else of yours. See sharing a plan by link and gym pages.
