Estimating a meal from a photo
AI suggests each food and how much; you check it before it's logged.
Turn on Estimate meals from photos in AI, or the first time you choose Photo. Take a picture of your plate, and AI suggests each food and how much, with how sure it is: "Rough guess", "Fair guess" or "Clear". Change anything before you log it.
The photo goes to the AI provider, Anthropic, for the estimate, and we don't keep it: it never becomes a progress photo. Up to 20 estimates a day.
