The AI assistant, and what it sees

AI is optional: everything works without it. In AI in Settings:

• Use AI with my training data turns on Ask and AI-refined plan drafts.
• What Ask can see besides training: your body, food and recovery, and separately your health log and bloodwork. Each stays off until you turn it on.
• Estimate meals from photos is its own switch.

Ask reads; it never changes anything. It won't diagnose you or tell you to change a dose. Answers come from Anthropic's Claude, sent only what a question needs, and never your name or email. Anything your coach wrote is treated as something to report, not instructions to follow.
