Stopping emails
Every notification email has its own stop link.
Every notification email ends with a "Stop these emails" link. It opens a page with a button, and nothing changes until you press it. Or turn email off for that kind in Notifications.
Sign-in codes and emails about your account (an export, a deletion) always come, since they're how you know it's you.
