Terms

Fysik is run by [your full name or company name], in [country] ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account you accept them, and our Privacy Policy, which says what we do with your data.

• You need to be 18 or older.
• For now you join through an invitation, or a link someone who uses Fysik shared with you (a plan, a gym or a coach's join link).
• One account each, for yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

You sign in with a code we email you, or a passkey on your device: there's no password. Keep your email account secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you. If you think someone has, sign out everywhere in Settings and tell us at hello@fysik.io.

Fysik helps you record and look back at what you do. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation to take anything.

• Doses, schedules and reminders in your health log are what you or your clinician entered. Fysik doesn't suggest them, check them or know whether they're right for you.
• Values read from a bloodwork report can be read wrongly; check them against the report, which is what counts. Reference ranges are the lab's.
• Estimates (food from a photo, rough workout times, suggestions about your training) and anything the AI assistant says can be wrong.
• Talk to a doctor or another qualified professional before changing medication, treatment, diet or training because of anything here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

It stays yours. You give us permission to store it, work things out from it and show it, only to run Fysik for you and to share it as you choose. That permission ends when you delete it, except for backups, which we clear within the time the Privacy Policy says.

You're responsible for what you record and share, including anything about someone else: only record or share another person's information if you're allowed to.

• Sharing with a person shows them what you choose, read-only, until you stop. They're responsible for what they do with what they've seen.
• Anyone with a link you make (a plan, a gym page, a coach's join link) can open it, and pass it on. Share links where you're happy for them to travel, and stop one if you're not.

If you coach people, or are coached, through Fysik, the coaching arrangement (what's offered, any payment, and the advice itself) is between the coach and the client. We provide the tool, not the coaching. A coach sees only what each client shares and can only propose plans; clients decide. Coaches can't send medication or hormone schedules, and mustn't use Fysik to advise on them.

Please don't:

• use someone else's account, or let others use yours;
• try to get at data that isn't shared with you, or get around how sharing and links work;
• interfere with the service, overload it, or use links or invitations to send unwanted email;
• copy Fysik in bulk by automated means, or resell access to it;
• record or share anything unlawful, or anything that harms someone else.

AI features are optional and off until you turn them on, area by area. They're there to help, they can be wrong, and there are daily limits on how much they can be used.

Fysik is free while it's in beta, and we'll tell you well before anything you use starts to cost money. It's new, so it will change: features may be added, changed or removed. We look after your data carefully and back it up, but we can't promise it will always be available or never lose anything, so download a copy now and then (Settings → Your data).

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings, which deletes what you recorded. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Unless it's urgent or the law prevents it, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your data. If we ever close Fysik, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to do the same.

We provide Fysik as it is, as well as we reasonably can. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on it, or for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live that can't be limited. [Have this section checked against the law in [country].]

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app and ask you to agree again before you carry on. If you don't agree, you can download your data and delete your account.
